Timberline Place was a 102-unit Class “A” apartment project located in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Timberline Place offers residents one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Each unit features 9-foot ceilings, an alarm system, ceiling fans, full size washer/dryers, gas fireplace and a private patio or balcony.

BRV acquired the property off-market in March 2018, and sold the asset in March 2022.
